The warranty provided by INOI applies only to products you purchase for your use, and not for resale. The term “Product” means an INOI-branded product, elements, or accessories.
This INOI Limited Warranty Policy (the “Policy”) only applies to Products purchased from INOI authorized retailers.
The Policy is available in other languages in https://inoi.com In the event of a conflict between different translations of the terms, the English version shall prevail.
By using your INOI Product, you are considered to be in agreement with the terms and conditions of this Policy.
What is Covered?
Under this Policy, INOI warrants to original purchaser that INOI Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with INOI’s Product documents during the Warranty Period. INOI’s Product documents include, but not limited to, user manuals, safety guidelines, specifications, in-app notifications, and service communications.
The Warranty Period for different Products and parts may vary.The Warranty Period for the Product starts on the day the Product is sold to you (according to the invoice or sales receipt). During the Warranty Period, INOI will, at its option:
(1) provide replacement parts necessary to repair the Product,
(2) replace the Product with a comparable product (only in the country/region where the Product was purchased), or
(3) refund the amount paid by you for the Products, LESS DEPRECIATION, upon return (only in the country/region where the Product was purchased). Any replacement parts or Product will be new or serviceably used, comparable in function and performance to the original part or Product and warranted for the remainder of the Warranty Period. Repair or replacement of the Product under this Policy does not extend or renew the Warranty Period.
What This Policy Does NOT Cover
• Periodic checks, maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or shell opening not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
• Defects result from usage of the Product in conjunction with accessories that are not approved by INOI for use with this Product.
• Damage/Repair or attempted repairing by non-authorized service center.
• Damage caused by unauthorized modification of circuits and mismatches or misuse of the battery and charger.
• Damage caused by operation in abnormal temperature conditions (i.e., strong winds, rain, sand/dust storms, etc.)
• Damage of the battery caused by overcharging or failure to use it in accordance with the specific instructions of core outlined in the Product user manual. The batteries are charged by chargers other than those approved by INOI. Any of the seals on the battery enclosure or cells are broken
or show evidence of tampering.
• Virus infections or use of the Product with software not provided with the Product or incorrectly installed software.
• Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts.
• Damage caused by operating the unit with a low-charged or defective battery.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of a Product.
• Loss of, or damage to, your data by a Product.
• Any software programs, whether provided with a Product or installed subsequently.
• Failure of, or damage caused by, any third-party products, including those that INOI may provide or integrate into the Product at your request.
• Damage resulting from any non-INOI technical or other support, such as assistance with “how-to” questions or inaccurate Product set-up and installation.
• Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed.
• Neglect/ Abuse the Product and not updated with periodic maintenance software if any.

How to obtain warranty service?
To obtain service under this Policy, if Product does not function as warranted during the Warranty Period, you may obtain warranty service by contacting INOI’s authorized local service center (“Authorized Service Center”) to diagnose Product issues. To find the nearest Authorized Service Center and to know their contact details visit INOI website https://24.inoi.com/hc/en-us or contact INOI online chat support or email us 24@inoi.com.
Authorized Service Center will provide hardware diagnosis by one of these methods for no additional charge during the Warranty Period. After the Warranty Period has expired, INOI or Authorized Service Center may charge you a fee to diagnose Product issues. You will need to provide a valid proof-of-purchase, receipt, or order number (for INOI Direct Sales) for the warranty service.
You may be asked to take your Product to Authorized Service Center to obtain warranty service. Please note some countries allow the customer to drop off the devices at an Authorized Repair Centre while other countries only allow the Product to be shipped.
PLEASE NOTE, ON-SITE SERVICE AND PRODUCT/PART REPLACEMENT ARE AT THE INOI’S SOLE DISCRETION AND ARE CONSIDERED OPTIONS OF LAST RESORT. INOI and/or Authorized Service Center’s technical support personnel will work to resolve issues professionally and quickly. However, you must reasonably assist INOI and Authorized Service Center in providing warranty services.
Whether you are obtaining replacement parts, having repairs, or returning the entire Product for a replacement, the following procedures must be followed. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE PROCEDURES SET OUT IN THIS SECTION MAY RESULT IN DELAYS IN THE REPLACEMENT OF PARTS, REPAIR, OR REPLACEMENT OF YOUR PRODUCTS, OR MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES. INOI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO ACCEPT PRODUCTS WHERE THESE PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED:
What to do Before Obtaining Warranty Service?
• Backup all data contained on your Product and SD card, remove all data, including confidential information, proprietary information, and personal information, from the Product. Or, if you are unable to remove any such information, modify the information to prevent its access by another party or so that it is not personal data under applicable law.
• INOI shall not be responsible for the loss or disclosure of any data, including confidential information, proprietary information, or personal information, on a Product returned or accessed for warranty service.
• Provide INOI with all system passwords, if necessary.
• Provide INOI with sufficient and safe access to your Product, so INOI can provide service as needed.
• Remove all additional parts, alterations, and attachments not covered under warranty.
• Ensure that the Product or part is free of any legal restrictions that prevent its replacement.
• If you are not the owner of a Product or part, obtain authorization from the owner for INOI to provide warranty service.
Replacement and Refund Rules
INOI guarantees that, subject to the following conditions, Refund or Replacement can be requested. Please contact INOI Authorized Service Center or authorized INOI dealer for more details.
You can request Replacement or Refund only in the country/region where you purchased the Product and only within the following terms:
• Within seven (7) calendar days (country specific*) from the date of purchase of Product if the Product does not match the original description of the Product in one or more significant respects.
• Within seven (7) calendar days (country specific*) from the date of purchase of a Product if the Product has manufacturing defect.
Replacement or Refund will not be provided where:
• It is requested outside of the country/region where the Product was purchased.
• It is requested beyond seven (7) calendars days of purchase of Product. A Product sent to INOI or Authorized Service Center for Refund or Replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e., with cracks, dents, or scratches.
• Legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
• Any fault or damage of the Product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the Product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation, operation, or use.
• Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
• Damage is caused to the Product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
• A Product is not delivered to INOI or Authorized Service Center within seven (7) calendar days after Replacement or Refund confirmation is sent from INOI or Authorized Service Center.
• Other circumstances stated in this Policy.

Warranty Period for replacement Product
A replacement Product shall be covered for the time remaining in the original Product’s Warranty Period.
International Warranty
Regardless of country/region where you purchased the Product you will be eligible for the Repair Services (repair and software service) under this warranty at the appointed INOI Authorised Service Centres in countries listed on https://24.inoi.com/hc/en-us.
The Repair Services under this warranty will be provided: (1) in accordance with the laws and standards in the market where the services are provided, to the extent permitted by local laws, and (2) based on the availability of materials in this market, to ensure that the Product can be used normally in the market where services are provided.

Limitation of Liability
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCTS AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SPECIFICALLY, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, INOI UNDERTAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS OR THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL BE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR WHICH YOU MAY BE BUYING THE PRODUCTS. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION, OR ADVICE GIVEN BY INOI, ITS AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES, SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
INOI DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT AND NONE OF INOI OR ANY INOI AFFILIATE SHALL HAVE ANY DUTY TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, OR HOLD HARMLESS YOU FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL DAMAGES OR COSTS INCURRED BY YOU ARISING FROM THE INFRINGEMENT OF PATENTS OR TRADEMARKS OR VIOLATION OF COPYRIGHTS BY ANY OF THE PRODUCTS.
This limited warranty is not transferable. In no event shall INOI (including its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or subcontractors, all of which are referred to herein collectively as the “INOI Affiliates”) be liable under any circumstance to you or any other party for any special, consequential, incidental or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Products or otherwise, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of the goods or any associated equipment, cost of capital, cost of substitute or replacement equipment, facilities or services, down time, your time, lost data, injury to property or any damages or sums paid by you to third parties, even if INOI or any of INOI Affiliates has been advised of the possibility of such damages. the foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether any claim is based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence, or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose, or otherwise.
In no event shall INOI or any INOI Affiliate be liable to you or any other party for loss, damage, or injury of any kind or nature arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions in excess of the net purchase price of the Products actually delivered to and paid for by you hereunder. Your sole remedy against them in any dispute under this Policy shall be to seek recovery of the amounts you have paid, upon the payment of which they shall be released from and discharged of all further obligations and liability to you.
INOI is not responsible for loss or disclosure of any data, including confidential information, proprietary information, or personal information, contained in a Product.
Your Other Rights
INOI warranty is a manufacturer’s commercial warranty, additional to the consumer rights granted by legal warranty under applicable laws of your country, province, or state. You may also have other rights under a written agreement with INOI.
NOTHING IN THIS POLICY AFFECTS ANY STATUTORY RIGHTS OF CUSTOMERS, INCLUDING THE RIGHTS OF CUSTOMERS UNDER LAWS OR REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE SALE OF CONSUMER PRODUCTS, THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED OR LIMITED BY CONTRACT. FOR A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR RIGHTS, YOU SHOULD CONSULT THE LAWS OF YOUR COUNTRY, PROVINCE OR STATE.
Use of Personal Contact Information and Data
If you obtain service under this policy, you authorize INOI and Authorized Service Centers to store, use your contact information, including name, phone numbers, address, and e-mail address. You agree and understand that it is necessary for INOI to collect, process and use your data to perform service under this Policy. We may contact you to inquire about your satisfaction with the service or to notify you about any Product recalls or safety issues.
Disclosures:
• The warranty period for Refund, Replacement and Warranty Repair Service may vary with respect to your Product, the exact part, or the country of purchase. Please refer to our website https://inoi.com for the warranty period for your Product and Products in your country.
• You may have to pay for shipping costs depending on INOI's after-sales policies in your jurisdiction.
• INOI will troubleshoot the Product(s) you returned. If the detected malfunction or defect meets with any terms or conditions under the Policy, INOI shall bear the cost for refund, replacement, or repair, and accordingly, you may be required to pay for the shipping costs.
• If INOI determines that the malfunction or defect is not covered by the Policy, you shall apply for Customer Paid Repair Service. If you disagree with the repair quote, INOI will return your Product(s), and according to INOI's after-sales policies in your jurisdiction, you may be required to pay the cost of return shipping.
• Please note that Products and components presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired.
• These refurbished goods have been tested and are like brand new goods in function and appearance. If any refurbished parts or units do not meet our quality assurance requirements, brand new parts or units will be issued. Any replaced parts may come with different serial numbers.
• Please be aware that where a Product can retain user-generated data, such data may be lost during the repair process. We therefore recommend that you back up your data prior to any repair.
• If you want to send the Product to Authorized Service Center in another region, you will need to get the consent of INOI and bear customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred.
• INOI will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur to customized decorations and items.
• When the warranty involves the replacement of a Product or a spare part, the replaced Product or a spare part becomes INOI’s property and must be returned to INOI or Authorized Service Center, as per the INOI’s instruction.
To guarantee your legal rights, please check whether your Product is intact (check whether any damage has occurred to your Product during transportation) when signing for it. If the Product has a defect, please report it to us within seven (7) days of signing for it; or it will be deemed that the Product you signed for is intact and fully functional.
