Warranty Terms. Тhе consumer has the right to free repair at an authorized service center if your product is diagnosed with constructive or manufacturing defect within the warranty period.
INOI warrants the INOI-branded hardware product and INOI-branded accessories contained in the original packaging (“INOI Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with INOI's guidelines for a period in compliance with the country of purchase, with proof of purchase by end-user herein after know as “Warranty Period”.
Warranty does not apply to cases, bags, holders, removable panels, cables, self-installed software and other accessories. Warranty service is done by an authorized service center only if the user has the original warranty card filled with company-seller stamp and proof of purchase.
The warranty period for the product shall by extended for the period during which the service center carries out warranty repairs of the product.
Warranty may become void in case of: damage caused by mechanical, electrical or thermal effect, exposure to liquids or condensate; damage caused by improper use, including operation in conjunction with non-original accessories; damage caused as а result of unauthorized opening, repair, alteration or improper installation of software; damage caused due to virus attacks, use of non-licensed software; damage to the protective seals, belts, stickers, etc; damage caused as а result of actions of third parties, force majeure, improper storage and transport rules.
