The device and charger may become warm during charging. An increase in the temperature of the device does not affect its service life or performance, while the temperature remains within the normal operating range. If the battery heats up too much, the device may stop functioning.
If the device heats up, do the following:
- Disconnect the charger from the device and close all running applications. Wait for the device to cool and continue charging.
- If the bottom of the device is overheating, the cause may be a damaged USB cable. Replace the damaged USB cable with a new cable.
If these steps did not help, you need to contact the INOI Authorized Service Center.
