In case your device does not turn on, try the following:
- Try to hold the device on charge longer than usual, for example, at night.
- Try to get the battery and insert it back, if possible on your device model.
- Try to use charging more power than the one that comes with the kit.
- Connect the device to the PC and check if it is paired with it.
If none of these tips helped you, you can reflash the device if more than 15 days have passed since the purchase, or contact the service center.
If 15 days have not passed yet, you can contact the seller at the place of purchase to check the quality and exchange of the device.
